Delete Your Intermission Account

Intermission is operated by Intermission Technologies LLC. You can delete your account and its data at any time, three ways:

1. In the app: Settings → Delete Account. Deletion happens right away.
2. On the web: sign in at app.joinintermission.com, then Settings → Delete Account.
3. By email: write to support@joinintermission.com from your account's email address. We respond within 45 days.

What We Delete

Your account and everything tied to it: your plan, services, budget, watchlist, teams, preferences, reminders, and usage history.

What We Keep

If you bought Intermission+, we keep a record of that purchase and of your consent to its automatic renewal for at least three years, as the law requires. A waitlist email is stored separately; ask us and we'll remove it. We may keep limited records longer where needed for security or a legal obligation.

Your Intermission+ Subscription

Deleting your account cancels any Intermission+ subscription. If you paid for a period that hasn't started yet, we refund it before deleting your account. Once a paid period has started, it isn't refunded.
